I am an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, two years out of university, having completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise Physiology) at the University of Sydney.
With a lifelong background in tennis, my passion for movement and exercise developed early and has shaped my approach to health. I believe in the power of movement not just for physical health, but for building confidence, resilience, and long-term wellbeing.
I have a strong interest in working with young children to develop fundamental movement skills, helping to create a positive foundation for lifelong physical activity. I am also passionate about supporting women’s health, having worked with women through pregnancy as well as working with older adults to maintain functional independence, strength and quality of life.
My approach is centred around empowering individuals through tailored, evidence-based exercise, creating supportive environments where people can move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives.
