BEGINNER / INTERMEDIATE LEVEL

Balance and Strength (BAS)

Designed to improve balance, coordination, and strength, this class is especially helpful for reducing the risk of falls. Exercises include functional strength training and balance activities, which may use equipment such as free weights, therabands, and foam pads. Our aim is to keep you moving confidently and safely in daily life.

BEGINNER / INTERMEDIATE LEVEL

Stability and Strength (SAS)

This class focuses on improving muscle control, strength, and posture using safe resistance-based exercises such as theraband, dumbbells, and spring-loaded equipment. You’ll work on both deep and global stability muscles across the shoulders, trunk, and pelvic region. The program blends principles of Pilates, yoga, and functional movement training to help you build strength, balance, and long-term resilience.
