She has a particular interest in the management of sports-related injuries, persistent lower back pain, neurological conditions, and women’s health. Zoe takes a personalised approach to rehabilitation, tailoring exercise programs to help each individual regain confidence, enhance performance, and return to the activities they enjoy.
With a background in competitive sport and extensive clinical experience, Zoe understands the physical and mental challenges that come with injury and recovery.
