Mitchell is a UTS-trained Physiotherapist with broad experience in private practice settings. Mitchell completed his Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) then continued on with his Master of Physiotherapy.
In his career, Mitchell has gained vast experience in the assessment and management of complex musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, and post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation. Having navigated his own sports injuries and rehabilitation journey, Mitchell developed a strong motivation to help others work through complex, persistent pain and long-standing physical limitations. Applying a solid foundation in sports science and biomechanics, he utilises structured load management and targeted exercise prescription to address multi-site health concerns and restore movement confidence.
In addition to musculoskeletal care, Mitchellis deeply passionate about Men’s Health, providing expert, compassionate support for sensitive concerns including post-prostatectomy recovery, pelvic pain, and urinary incontinence. He has completed further clinical training in dry needling and Clinical Pilates, integrating these modalities with precise exercise therapy and patient education to empower individuals to regain long-term autonomy.
Outside the clinic, Mitchell stays active with competitive running and weightlifting, and enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.
