Tips for Runners aged 40+

Many people enjoy running as a form of exercise and while there will be performance declines as we age, with the right training people can expect to continue into their 60s and beyond. Research has found that the old myth that years of running will cause arthritis is incorrect and running may actually have a protective effect on knee cartilage. Some tips to keep you running are listed below!
